The Influence of Leadership, Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Moderated by Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence leadership, organizational commitment, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) moderated by job satisfaction at National Unity and Politics Agency West Sumatra Province, Agam Regency, Pasaman Regency. This used structural equations quality with conception research model path analysis which is analyze relationship patterns between variables purposed know direct indirect independent (exogenous) dependent variable (endogenous). results are 1) Leadership has a positive significant citizenship behavior; 2) Commitment 3) Job Satisfaction 4) satisfaction; 5) Satisfaction; 6) an behavior through 7) Satisfaction.
